At KWG we invest primarily in early-stage companies. We open new avenues of research, build companies capable of developing novel products that will change the practice of medicine, and improve pharmaceutical product manufacturing. We do this by identifying the underlying science that can lead to these changes and then building a management team that has the knowledge, experience and drive to develop the business.

Investment Strategy

KWG invests primarily in privately owned companies. Our focus is on companies that are well-positioned to grow rapidly in value based upon product development timelines, capital requirements, and future demand for products.

KWG is well known for developing excellent management teams focused on creating important product concepts. The companies we invest in support a broad array of technology platforms and offer late-stage products or novel innovations. We also look for companies that can retain their product rights and have near-term potential cash flow.
